This template is designed to show the previous usernames and aliases of a Hack Forums member. This automates the process of doing so. 
When using this template, specify the individual's exact username.
The template can include a maximum of 15 aliases. More can be added if necessary. 
This template should only be used on the [[Template:MemberBox|MemberBox template]]. This template is integrated into MemberBox, so you will only need to specify the template arguments; calling the template is not necessary. 
Usage of the template should be done with one line for every username:
