Grin/Mystery
It has come to my understanding that I will be assigned an assignment tomorrow. That is not a problem. I am looking forward to it, although I have no assignment at the current time. My incentive to join the user-group wasn't for me to await my assignment. It was for me to write. Writing can be assumed as my passion now, but it was not always this way. Consequently, I don't expect to have an editor edit my thread or use a specific layout. This was not a requirement. However, if you are feeling generous or helpful enough, I will not mind having an editor look over my thread. I encourage anyone who reads this to read it attentively. I understand that not many members in this sub forum are fans of my behaviors or posts, but I am not here to please you. Perhaps my introduction will act as a informative thread that you may refer to in the future if you are not sure of my actions.
HackForums introduced me to communicating through writing. I had a lot of subjects and matters that I wished to discussed, but I could never fit those topics to discuss or converse with other individuals. Time passed and I browsed around HackForums discussing everything and anything. It appeared to be that some members really knew their way around dialect and could utilize syntax in a way that could add a humorous twist or sarcastic bite to the tone through text. When I discovered the possibility of really getting through to people, I was interested. You could say, that's what fueled me.
To push further in the matter, I will explain which section specifically captivated me and my curiosity.
Science, Religion, Philosophy, Politics.
Right off the bat, we can eliminate both science and politics off the bat. Although, I am more involved in those now, those were two subjects that had no captured my interest when I made my first post in the SRPP sub section.
I am unsure who exactly helped me establish such an avid atheist outlook. It may have been the member Wind, but it could've been anyone else. Although I'm not sure if I know my self as philosophically and metaphysically possible, the construction could've been brought onto by myself. The Wraith definitely introduced me to what I wish to call common logic. However, there was a post made by a member in the Wraiths who wanted a personal invitation to a member who caught my attention. Some of you may have heard his name thrown around a few times or may have seen his threads in the SRPP if you've ever cared to take a gander at the section.
When I met the fellow I will be getting to in a bit, it was the first time I've properly become informed with the subject of philosophy. Atheistic refutes and rebuttals are used against primarily religious topics. Philosophical conversations and conclusions can be considered a realization.
thought+inquiry=truth
He was a mysterious individual with a very aesthetic posting style. I cannot fully understand him and some might call him insane. He's mentioned that to me a few times. He doesn't seem to care what people think. After all, we're not unlike monkeys. We're on a big circle and we could very well be spinning towards our demise. No one seems to be interested in discovering their worth or life, but everyone seems to be agitated by the slightest insult or issue that does not hold much purpose. After observing his observation(s), we soon began to discuss various materials through other means of communication. While I remained interested in his views, or as he claims (lack of views), I was also adapting to the way he posted.
One may ask of his posting style. The answer might be provided, "Very cautiously."
While I remain morally nihilistic through observations, it wouldn't mean that I don't hold values. It merely states that there exists no objectivity in the universe we currently inhabit in. You might not agree, and I'm not asking for anyone to understand (as it's not very widespread), but if there is indeed truth, where does it lie?
Some say, "It's right in front of us." Others say, "Seeing is believing. What you see is truth." I say, "What makes us so certainly convinced that there exists a "truth"?"
In no way is this an attempt to convince anyone what to believe or what not to believe. It's just a question that you may see me presenting.
I know I've trailed off a little bit on what got me into writing and perhaps went more in depth as to my own philosophical observations. In any case, I hope that upon reading them, you may be able to better (mis)understand who I am.
I honestly wish to write with some of you soon.
Adieux.
*Note* Some of you may have realized that I am writing differently than I usually do. I haven't included any strange sentence structures or articulate ambiguities. The reason behind my distinct writing styles is dependent on which topic I'm covering or simply how I'm feeling.
At this moment, I'm feeling both quiescent and passive.
