This template is to be used for official Crews. Do not use it on any other page.

Documentation

Crew Name

The name of the crew.

CrewBanner

Filename of the banner of the Crew. If it is an animated image, upload a version of it that is resized to 300 pixels in width, but link the image to the original file (e.g. The Alliance (Resized Banner).png will link to The Alliance (Banner).gif)

CrewUserbar

The filename of the userbar of the crew in question.

Userbar2

If the crew had a different userbar before the current userbar, specify the filename here.

Userbar3

Same as above for an even older userbar.

CrewDesc

The official description of the Crew as found on showcrews.php or D3xus' Old crews document.

Type

Free (the crew was not paid for); Paid (the crew was paid for); Official (the crew was created by Omniscient for the site's purposes)

Status

Active (the crew is still around); Closed (the Crew no longer exists and has no successors [note: Crew that are sold but the sold Crew is closed are treated as sold], OR the Crew changed while retaining the same owner); Sold (the Crew was sold to another member)

Parent

The highest parent of the Crew. Example: Null's parent is The Alliance, Debug's parent is 143, Infamous I's parent is Propitious.

DateFounded

If known, specify the approximate date the Crew was founded. Use HF News, recruitment threads, announcement threads, etc.

Owner

Owner of the Crew from the same info.

CrewBoss

For current Crew, specify the current Crew boss. For a defunct crew, this should be blank.

PastLeaders

Past leaders of the Crew. All leaders of a crew that no longer exists go here.

PreviousIteration

If the Crew was previously known as something, specify that crew here.

NextIteration

If the Crew becomes known as something else, specify that crew here.

PostStar

If the Crew has a post start different to the default, put the image name here.

Introduction

Brief introduction to the Crew. Put the full description from recruitment/information threads here (please add a reference, though!). Put it in blockquote tags to indicate it is a quote. You should write something else in addition to the quote (please be neutral and factual; no bias).

History

Events of the Crew, drama, whatever.

CurrentStatus

If the Crew is no longer around, what came of it (why did they sell/change).

A blank version of this can be found just below it.

| DateFounded       = Date founded, if known. If not, make a guess from announcement threads on HF, recruitment threads, and "Hey, did anyone notice crew X just came?" This might be harder for older crews.
| CrewBoss             = Solely the username of the owner of crew, regardless of crew being Active or Closed. Do not include formatting or linking, it will be done automatically.
| Leaders           = If the crew is Closed, all leaders are Past. Otherwise, put Past Leaders here. Use {{o}} between crew leaders like this: [[Member:123|Yugi]] {{o}} [[Member:456|Moto]]. If there are no current leaders (e.g. the crew is closed), leave this field blank.
| PastLeaders       = Same thing as above. Any and all past leaders of the crew go here. This might be hard to find, but dig around through both of D3xus' old crew threads, old recruitment threads, HF News, etc. If there are no past leaders, leave this field blank.
| PreviousIteration = If the crewp was formerly known as something (e.g. Rhythm was formerly known as Techsperts), put the name of the crew here (just the name; nothing else). If this was the "first" crew, leave this field blank.
| NextIteration     = If the crew is closed and is now known as something else (e.g. The Alliance is now known as Null), put the name of the crew here (just the name; nothing else). If this was the "last" crew, leave this field blank.
| PostStar          = If the crew has a post start different to the default, put the image name here.
| Introduction      = Brief introduction to the crew. 
| History           = How the crew came to be, significant events, etc.
| CurrentStatus     = If the crew is "Active," say something about what they're doing now. If the crew is "Closed," add the reason why the crew is closed.
