The Gavel of Dredd is a limited edition award which that can only be distributed a limited number of times. It is associated with Judge Dredd, after whom this award is named and a homage to his former position as Administrator over rep abuse. There are no explicit conditions to obtain this award; they are delivered to other members at his sole discretion.
